Christina Bosserd

Senior Vice President, Internal Audit, Eaton

Christina Bosserd is senior vice president, Internal Audit, for Eaton, a power management company.

In this role, Christina is responsible for the Internal Audit function, providing assurance to company leadership on the organization’s risk management strategy and operating effectiveness of internal controls. Under Christina’s leadership, the function is also focused on driving continuous improvement and partnering with the business to drive company strategy forward.

Prior to her current role, Christina was the VP of Finance, Aerospace, and before that was Group Controller for Aerospace, leading financial reporting and analysis along with other functional initiatives. At Eaton, we make what matters work and know what matters next.

Christina joined Eaton as an accounting intern in Jackson, Mississippi, in 2004. After obtaining her degree in 2006, she started in Eaton’s finance leadership development program (FLDP), where she held three different roles in the Vehicle Group during a three-year span, including SOX auditor, plant financial analyst and division analyst. Upon completion of the FLDP, Christina moved to plant controller for the Greenwood, South Carolina, Hydraulics facility and then the Aerospace Group’s Jackson, Mississippi site.

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi. Christina has been selected as the Greenwood and Abbeville County United Way Volunteer of the Year and a Greenwood Under 40 Stars Award recipient. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. Christina is currently based in Beachwood, Ohio.
